Description
Dave has been in the construction industry since 1972 and qualified to Advanced City & Guilds Certificate with a Silver Trowel award in bricklaying.Having worked with several plasterers, Dave has also carried out all his own plastering work since 1979 whilst running his own small building business in North Bedfordshire. During that time he worked on many new build and modernisation projects. This has given him a sound background knowledge to assist students with their own projects.Dave has been instructing plastering and bricklaying courses since early 2003, initially in Bedfordshire. His training courses have been established near Dumfries since July 2004. He has now successfully trained many hundreds of students and, by keeping his courses down to a maximum of five students, is able to give more individual attention throughout the course.
