Summary

The course is divided into four units covering Marketing and People, Managing Business Activities, Business Decisions and Strategy and Global Business. You will learn about business theorists and apply knowledge of business theory to real businesses. You will look at the internal functions of a business as well as looking at the external environment in which they operate.
During the course, you will draw on general business principles and current events in the world of business to understand and evaluate the decisions an organisation makes. There is a strong emphasis on the practical application of what you learn. A lot of the work is based on data and case studies, where you will be asked to analyse a variety of business problems and situations.
