Business and Administration NVQ Diploma - Level 2

In order to complete the level 2 qualification you will have to complete the mandatory units and a selection of the optional units listed below. Details of how many units you need to take will depend on the size of qualification you take.

Unit 201 Manage own performance in a business environment
Unit 202 Improve own performance in a business environment
Unit 203 Work in a business environment
Unit 206 Communicate in a business environment

Unit 329 Deliver, monitor and evaluate customer service to external customers

Unit 118 Improving productivity using IT

Unit 243 Presentation software

The other options will be given to you on your first meeting with your assessor.
