About this course

Applicants normally need one of the following:
• a foundation degree, HND or equivalent qualification in business, with an overall merit profile from year two modules. Your qualification should include relevant HRM-related content in year one and year two.or
• 120 year one and 120 year two credits, with an overall mark of 55 per cent or above, from a relevant business degree or equivalent. Your qualification should include relevant HRM-related content in year one and year two.

How you learn

This course is based around the final year of the main Business and Human Resource Management degree. It emphasises the real-world application of business and HR theory, and is designed alongside industry partners, students and professional associations to create employable graduates. Along with learning the core principles of HR management, you'll also develop an understanding of traditional operational management and business concepts.
