About this course
The course aims to enable understudies to: Explore the relationship between individuals and their working environment, including the motivation to work, the social dimension of working with others, and the nature and function of leadership.
Understand the work as a social activity, in which leadership integrates the achievement of task activity and the development of social processes.
Understand the complexity of the management task.
Understand the changing nature of a business environment and how it can affect internal structures of organisations
Recognise the importance of innovation and creativity
Many graduates pursue careers in the areas of management, marketing, human resource management, retail management, business management, trade and export.
