After this, you can opt to study either advanced qualitative or advanced quantitative analysis methods. Alongside these taught modules, you undertake a literature review around your proposed area of research. The literature review will inform the doctoral research design, which sets out the research to be undertaken in the PhD, if you choose to continue your studies.
