What you need to know
How will I study?

For the business aspect, students will study Business Environment; Business Resources and Introduction to Marketing, plus three other units. In law, students will study dispute solving, aspects of legal liability and law making. The course is approximately 1/3 law based and 2/3 business based. Students will develop their functional skills, undertake work placement and have the opportunity to participate in Business visits, residential and vocational projects with local employers.
How will I be taught?

You will have the opportunity to take part in group as well as individual activities. You will have the opportunity to examine case studies as well as examples of real business activity.
How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed using a range of methods. These will include written reports, presentations and role-plays.
