Business Management and Leadership BA(Hons)

We’ll give you the opportunity to take a placement year working in a business, either here in the UK or abroad.
As you progress in your studies you can tailor your course to suit you, choosing from a range of option modules including leadership, managing change and innovation.
We work closely with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and you’ll have the opportunity to achieve a CMI qualification in Management and Leadership through no additional study or assessment.
You could also work with our own HR professionals to create CVs and portfolios, and develop your interview techniques. We want to make you as employable as possible to help you find your ideal employment.

Previous graduates from this subject area have gone on to roles such as Digital Marketing & Media Assistant, Front Line Manager, HR Recruiter, Customer Service Associate, Account Executive and Operations Manager in organisations including Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Morrisons, ASSIST Sheffield, HSBS, Softcat Limited, Deltec International Courier Ltd and Hoardtek.

If your first language is not English, you will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum for IELTS is 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent will be considered acceptable.
