He has written Web content for leading sites such as Microsoft, AOL, Lycos, Expedia and Lastminute.com and marketing materials for top companies, such as Holiday Inn Hotels, Cathay Pacific Airways and the British Hospitality Association. His training career started ten years ago, drawing on a well-developed sense of humour and the most modern and innovative teaching methods.
