This programme provides you with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in customer service and has been designed so that evidence can be gathered in the workplace.

These programmes are candidate led, but on average, a level 2 qualification takes up to 6 months.
Work is assessed through performance at work the assessor observes employees at work and assesses performance against the national standards. Evidence may also come from a witness, or a log or diary of individuals work. Questioning either oral or written. Assessors will ask questions to ensure the necessary knowledge and understanding to carry out the various job activities.
