Course Aims:
The qualification is aimed at anyone who wishes to pursue a career in the airline industry as a member of the cabin crew.
Course Content:
The qualification consists of six units
Understand the airline industry and the role of airline cabin crew
Promote effective customer care in the airline industry
Maintain effective team working and communications in the airline industry
Contribute to the health and safety of airline passengers
Contribute to aviation security
Demonstrate an understanding of the airport arrival process
Progression:
On successful completion and achievement of this course there is a guaranteed interview with Thomas Cook Airlines, BMI Baby and Monarch Airlines.
Level 3 Travel and Tourism courses available at Southport College.

Exam:
The qualification is assessed through a series of assignments, including written assessments, role-plays and simulated activities to demonstrate your understanding on the unit content.
