About the course
Ever dreamt of becoming a jet setting member of cabin crew? This courses allows you to gain the knowledge and skills to prepare you for applying for a cabin crew position. You will learn the practical and technical skills required to make you stand out from the rest. You will study all the vital components of a member of cabin crew and have your chance to practise safety demonstrations and final safety checks in our mock aircraft cabin.

Entry requirements
There are no formal qualifications required to complete this qualification but a good level of written and spoken English is necessary.
Please note that most airlines expect you to have a good secondary education, with some requiring grade C or above in English and maths. They may also require that you are able to swim.

Course programme
What you'll learn
This course covers six mandatory units and you will build your skills in customer care, food and drink service, first aid and emergency procedures. The units include the following:
- working as cabin crew
- airline health, safety and security
- aircraft emergency situations
- dealing with passengers on-board an aircraft
- cabin service and selling techniques
- making passenger announcements on-board an aircraft.
