CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities

These qualifications are aimed at those wanting to expand their professional practice so enabling them to provide high quality person centred support. They include a wide range of criteria with both mandatory and optional units covering areas such as supporting person-centred thinking and planning, promoting communication in health, social care or children and young people’s settings, supporting families who have a child with a disability, understanding the context of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, and implementing the positive behavioural support model.
