About this course
This qualification will suit you if you have been working or volunteering as a teaching assistant in a primary or secondary school and are either unqualified or wish to move to a more senior role. Ideally you will be employed or volunteering in a school already. However previous experience and qualifications will be taken into consideration at interview and you may be able to move directly to this qualification if you have studied before at Level 3. You will also need to have a mentor within your workplace.
