Course programme

Content of sessions:
• Learning basic canoeing strokes
• Types of equipment used
• Safety procedures

What you need to bring with you:

Suitable comfortable sports clothing, such as trainers, t shirt, tracksuit bottoms, bottle of water, pencil case.

You will also need a full change of clothes, towel, suncream, hat and raincoat.

Please note this course is at the Lensbury Club in Teddington. You will have to travel there for the sessions.
