We offer the Level 2 Food Safety Course at the council offices about once per month. Alternatively, we can provide in-house training at level 1 or level 2 - please contact us for more information and prices.Our fees are very competetive and certificates gained by students are nationally recognized and accredited.

History

We have over tweny-five years experience of delivering food hygiene training courses.

Please speak to us if you have any special requirements. In certain cases, the trainer can offer an oral exam or exam papers in a different language.

Areas of specialisation

The courses are run by Environmental Health Officers registered with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Not only do they have an in depth knowledge of the theory, they are also well versed in the practical problems of the work situation.
