History

Founded originally as Oriole Computer Services by Steve Orr who has over 30 years experience in the IT industry working on large scale projects, both nationally and internationally, in the private and public sectors.Oriole was re-branded as Capiro in 2008, specialising in requirements engineering and with the intention of bringing together talented individuals capable of offering the very best in training, consultancy and direct project support.During his long career, Steve has had significant experience in project management, requirements engineering, business and systems analysis, design, testing and programming.Steve started his training career over 20 years ago with Hoskyns Training, subsequently taken over by Cap Gemini and later still by QA. Steve is a former Director of Technical Training for Chordiant, based in California.

To achieve coverage in a full range of skills, whilst allowing us to focus on our core competances, we partner with specialists in relevant areas.We provide consultancy, training, coaching and mentoring in a range of requirements related areas - business analysis skills including essential soft skills such as interviewing and making presentations.
