- Review of the whole project appraisal process from selecting a project, evaluating a project through to the post investment audit
- Evaluation of investment opportunities using discounted cash flow techniques (NPV, IRR, Payback, ROCE)
- Risk and sensitivity analysis calculations
- Preparation of investment proposals
- Post investment audit reviews
All those with responsibility for capital proposals with little formal experience or those requiring a refresher on discounted cash flow techniques, evaluation and the practical side of the capital investment appraisal process.
