Car attendant course

An unauthorized parking attendant (also called car attendant, in the plural unauthorized car park attendants, car attendants) is a person who, without authorization required by law, requests, sometimes even through threats, a sum of money from the driver of motor vehicles as a source of a stop in city areas , mostly public, regularly or not used for paid parking. Illegal parking is in several cases also carried out in areas where parking is not allowed, sometimes contributing to congestion of traffic. The parking attendants are generally found in particularly frequented places, such as the roads near beaches, discos, hospitals, but also other less frequented places, in central and peripheral city areas. Abusive parking can make a good amount of money a day, depending on the flow of people who use it. A part of these can then be perceived by a possible criminal organization (generally of the mafia type) which manages the illegal parking lots operating on its territory under its influence. The aggravating circumstances for which the activity of unauthorized parking complements the hypothesis of a crime are the following: recidivism, use of minors and necessary penalties for confiscation.
