Case Planning and Preparation

This course concentrates on the pre-action stages of a case and the activities that need to be carried out before proceedings are commenced, namely weighing up the merits of the case, considering whether the dispute can be resolved without recourse to litigation and taking the correct steps leading up to the issue of a claim.
