The CCNSG Leading a Team Safely is a one day workshop designed to provide an essential introduction to supervising/managing small teams within the context of Health and Safety across industries involving engineering and construction.
This course is for operatives who already hold the CCNSG Safety Passport and who are moving up to supervisor level. It is a condition of entry to the course that you hold a valid CCNSG Safety Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.

About this course
The programme covers the following topics: health and safety in the workplace, successful communication and self-management, how to lead a team and achieve safe outcomes.
This course is for people who have the full ccnsg passport and are a supervisor or due to be promoted to this level
It is a condition of entry to the course that you hold a valid CCNSG Safety Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
Successful candidates will receive the CCNSG Leading a Team Safely card.
