Course Content:
Updates to the Construction Design and Management Regulations. This will enable attendees to understand their legal obligations and in turn help the employer comply with their legal duty.
The session covers
• CDM 2007 v CDM 1994
• Terminology and application
• Duty holders
• Specific responsibilities
• Competence assessment
• Contractor control
• CDM procedural documentation
The session is completed by applying the above in construction scenarios to help explain application within the attendees working environment.
