They'll demonstrate how to manage your cellar effectively and efficiently to ensure consistent quality, high dispense standards and customer satisfaction.This course is for you if you're thinking of running/managing a pub or restaurant. What does it cover?
- Introduction to beer quality and Greene King
- I-Draught - an introduction
- Temperature - cellar and dispense and how they are achieved
- Hygiene - cellar, equipment, beer lines, glassware, H&S, beer servers
- Cask Ale - correct presentation, common faults
- Keg Beer - gas systems, legal requirements, fault finding, changing fas & kegs
- Products - presentation, ranging and brand information
