They'll demonstrate how to manage your cellar effectively and efficiently to ensure consistent quality, high dispense standards and customer satisfaction.This course is for you if you're thinking of running/managing a pub or restaurant. It's also useful for your key staff to attend so they know how to run things properly when you aren't on duty.

What does it cover?

  • Introduction to beer quality and Greene King
  • I-Draught - an introduction
  • Temperature - cellar and dispense and how they are achieved
  • Hygiene - cellar, equipment, beer lines, glassware, H&S, beer servers
  • Cask Ale - correct presentation, common faults
  • Keg Beer - gas systems, legal requirements, fault finding, changing fas & kegs
  • Products - presentation, ranging and brand information
