Certificate, Higher Certificate or Diploma in Legal Studies

The BBSI vocational study options in Legal Studies are carefully designed to enable students at an Upper-Intermediate level in English or above to study the concepts and learn the communication skills required for careers in international law and the legal profession. Depending on individual requirements and the student's current level in English, the course is available in 12-week, Certificate; 24-week, Higher-Certificate; or 36-week, Diploma, study options. Each course comprises 30 lessons weekly, and all students who successfully complete the course will gain a BBSI award. Moreover, those students who successfully complete the Higher-Certificate or Diploma study options will gain a BBSI award and an additional NCFE award. In addition, as the course includes intensive practice for the University of Cambridge ESOL International Legal English Certificate (ILEC) they will prepare for a recognised legal English qualification.
