Certificate in International Business Studies

The modern global economy has become increasingly interrelated and complex. In order to complete successfully many organisations operate on a international level, some even organising their structure on an international rather than a national basis. These challenges mean that there is an ever increasing demand for international business professionals. In addition to providing a comprehensive knowledge of the major functional areas of business this ICM course will equip students with the right tools to face the challenging environment in today's business world.

Assessment

After completion of the course students will be ready to take the relevant ICM exams. These exams have to be taken at an external centre in March, June, September or December. Williams College can assist students who wish to book exams.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must possess one of the following:
• 2 A'Levels at grade C or above
• Any relevant professional qualifications in related subject areas i.e. Diplomas, Certificates etc
• International equivalents of the above

Alternatively, students may enter onto the course if they are at least 21 years of age or have a minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant position. A good command of English is also required and must be demonstrated before joining the course.
