5. Airport Arrival Process

A trip to Monarch Airways Training Centre at Luton Airport is a necessary part of the course. There is therefore a resource cost of £100 for this, in addition to the enrolment fee.

The enrolment fee for this course is £555.

Course programme

Employment in the airline industry or alternatively successful students may wish to progress to another of the full range of travel and tourism courses offered by Cambridge Regional College.

Prior knowledge of the airline industry is not essential. You must wish to attain employment as air cabin crew. The course is most suitable for students of 18+ as younger students will not satisfy the airline entry criteria. Ideally you will have a lively personality, be a good communicator and have an interest in working as part of a dynamic team and be self-motivated.

We want you to achieve to the very best of your ability at CRC. To make this happen we offer both learning and personal support by specialist staff tailored to meet your specific needs.

A portfolio of work is produced and assessed by an outside examiner and your course tutor. All the criteria must be met to pass the course.
