What will I study on the course?

You will study a range of units including customer service, equal opportunities, disability awareness, safety, carriage of luggage and parcels, route planning and law.


The course is quite flexible and can be delivered to suit individual needs, either on your premises or at a venue near to you and at times to suit both employers and students.

You will need to be aged 19 and over to join the course and you will normally need to have at least one of the following: a standard of literacy and numeracy supported by a general education equivalent to GCSEs at grades D-G, related work experience, a related Level 1 NVQ or other Level 1 qualification.
