These courses are designed to provide a route for professional advancement within the Construction Industry and its allied professions. It is considered the minimum requirement for anybody wishing to enter management in the industry. September This course has a minimum entry requirement of 1 A-Level (grade A-C) or an equivalent BTEC qualification in a relevant field (grade average of Merit or higher). Applicants without the above qualifications may be considered if relevant industry qualifications and experience can be shown together with an ability of GCSE level numeracy and literacy. In this case a supporting reference letter from the employer/sponsor will also be required. In the event of the criteria not being met, a 1 year bridging course will have to be successfully completed prior to enrolment on the course. Students with relevant equivalent overseas qualifications will be considered. All places are subject to satisfactory interview. The course is delivered through a blend of the following: The methods of assessment aim to develop the students' intellectual ability and confidence in problem solving and presentation. All modules require the submission and passing of written assignments plus, in some specific modules oral presentations, group work and projects are required. After completing the course you may choose to progress onto Level 6 at Coleg Llandrillo and complete the full BSc (Hons) in Commercial Construction Management.
