Course programme
Our workshop provides an overview of new developments in the NHS Cervical Screening Programme and an update on issues relevant to cervical sample taking.
Cancer of the cervix is a potentially preventable disease and early detection and treatment may reduce the need for invasive surgery. With increased knowledge, skills and understanding of cervical diseases, you will be able to contribute to the overall success of the screening programme by undertaking effective cervical screening, enabling rapid referral and treatment.
