About this course
Completing a Degree Apprenticeship with Arden means you’ll be in employment and learning professional skills and knowledge as you work, developing transferable skills as you go. You will be gaining relevant, valuable industry experience, gaining a professional qualification, along with Chartered Manager status, making you stand out from the crowd.
And what’s more, you’ll be earning as you work and learn. Upon successful completion, you’ll be equipped with a CMI accredited BA (Hons) in Business Management, valuable industry knowledge and experience, and a potential employer to take you on full-time after you graduate.
Two Subjects at GCE A level or equivalent, plus passes at grade C or above in English and Maths, plus one other subject, at GCSE level or equivalent; or
Completion of a recognised Access Programme or equivalent.
For students whose prior learning was not taught in English:
IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (no less than 5.5 in any element).

As a Degree Apprentice, your work-based learning becomes an integral part to your qualification. As you’re working, remember to build a portfolio of evidence including completed assessments, evaluations from the workplace, presentations, minutes of meetings, business proposals and performance reviews. Our Student Support Coordinators at Arden University will be able to help you with this.

In addition, you’ll be requested to build a portfolio of evidence demonstrating how your learning has been applied to your workplace.
Towards the end of the programme, you’ll complete a work-based project that brings together elements of your learning that demonstrate how your knowledge and understanding of management have been applied in the organisation. The final assessment will be a panel interview, where you’ll present your project, portfolio of evidence and will include a Q&A session.
