Course Summary

This course is designed to give you a strong engineering background in the key areas of chemical engineering with a focus on application of this knowledge in industry and to industrial problems and challenges.

Applied learning

Work placements

You will have the opportunity to arrange a year-long work placement in between your third and fourth years. This is your chance to apply your academic knowledge in the work environment – and, in the process, improve your career prospects. It can even lead to the offer of a permanent job with your placement employer.
