By choosing to study chemistry at Acadia, you will become an important part of leading-edge research in small, hands-on classroom and laboratory environments. You may pursue an Honours BSc in chemistry, a BSc with major in chemistry, and a BSc with double major, as well as participate in Acadia’s award-winning co-op program. Both the Honours BSc and BSc with major in chemistry are accredited by the Canadian Institute of Chemistry, which allows you to meet professional licensing standards after graduation.
Many of our graduates go on to have a very high success rate in fields such as medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy.
