Reviews on Wellbeing Now
More information
History
Wellbeing Now has been providing postgraduate education for holistic and beauty therapists since summer 2004. When we opened in 2002, we were probably the first health and beauty centre in the UK to bring traditionally "exclusive" treatments into one urban retreat or day-spa setup. As the business expanded, and the word spread, we were commissioned to train spa and health centre therapists from South Africa, UK, Russia, Czech Republic and Malta. In August 2006 the Chi Centre received the official status of an I-ACT approved training centre. The Chi Centre is also member of the UK Register for Learning Providers (reference no 10013057) In February 2008, Chi Centre curriculum was adopted as an official curriculum of the Global Professional Association for Colon Therapy
Advantages of studying here
Galina Imrie, certified GPACT and I-ACT trainer, is an established published author and radio and TV personality. She also is the author of "Always Look After Number Two", Discover the Secrets of Colonic Irrigation, Perfect Bowel Movements and Digestive Health". This is probably the first modern book on the benefits of colon hydrotherapy designed for people from all walks of life. The book is represented in the USA by Rights Unlimited, New York's leading literary agents. The Chi Centre is the only school in Europe with a verifiable record of training not only in our fully equipped Centre, but also on clients' site. We recently have trained therapists in Fortina Spa, world-famous for its pioneering 6th Wave Therapeutic Spa Bedrooms. In September 2006 we trained five therapists in Urveda Spa chain in Manchester. In May 2007 we trained the therapists and helped open the first colon hydrotherapy practice in Tehran, Iran.
