About this course
Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Care Learning and Development or the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
Employment opportunities include a nursery nurse, nursery assistant or play group assistant
Employment in the sector for 16 hours a week.

Course programme
Students will attend college for one day release day per week. There is an emphasis on the development of skills with students undertaking Level 1 IT, Level 1 Numeracy and Level 2 Communications.
Knowledge assignments are internally assessed. Occupational competence is assessed in placement by an occupationally qualified and competent assessor.
There are Welsh speaking staff in this area.
