A 'top-up' to the final year of the Level 5 Foundation Degree in Housing and Sustainable Community Studies.

Employment within the sector and a Level 3 Housing qualification and / or education to degree level. A pre-course interview will be required.

The course cost is £1,500 (if you're employed you could claim up to £625 via Skills for Industry funding.) The Skills for Industry project is supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government.
