Following on from completing the CIM Professional Postgraduate qualification this stage 2 is designed to develop the professional skills and competencies required to implement research and/or business projects successfully. Part of the process will be to evaluate the role of these skills in the project, as well as whether the project successfully achieved the intended outcomes. It will also enable delegates to evaluate behavioural changes in order to develop their skills for interactions at a higher level, ie at a strategic and/or board level.
