Course programme

The introductory certificate is the first qualification that students can take when studying marketing.

There are two modules: "what is Marketing?" and "Understanding Customer Relationships."

By the end of first unit, students will be able to understand the role and function of marketing, understanding the marketing environment, the marketing mix, and how marketing is applied in different organisational contexts.

By the end of the second unit, students will understand customers by building and maintaining effective internal and external customer relationships, communicating with internal and external customers and providing customer service for internal and external customers.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student is then eligible to apply for the Professional Certificate in Marketing.
