The focus of this course is initial verification of electrical installations and is ideal for those wishing to improve their understanding and practical application of inspection and testing.

The course is assessed via a multiple-choice exam, a 1.5 hour written exam and a practical assessment.

This is a 5 day-course which also includes a FREE 1-day exam revision session prior to you sitting the written exam.

IMPORTANT: During our course you will cover the syllabus for both the 2394-01 (Initial Verification) and 2395-01 (Periodic Inspection & Testing) awards. For just £295 + VAT extra you can complete the assessments for both qualifications. Both awards together is the equivalent of the City & Guilds 2391 qualification.

Who is it suitable for?

Electricians looking to improve their career prospects and those working towards 'Qualified Supervisor' status and/or 'Approved Electrician' JIB grading.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates are likely to require both the 2394 and 2395 qualifications to achieve 'Approved Electrician' status with the JIB.

About this course

You should have prior practical experience of inspection and testing and a good working knowledge of BS7671. Those without this experience should consider attending our 1-day Basic Inspection and Testing training and the 2382-12 17th Edition course.
