Convictions
Relevant proceedings or ciminal convictions are only against the person, whether of a violent or sexual nature or offences involving unlawfully controlled drugs or substances.  Failure to declare information may result in disclipinary action being taken. If yes, please seek supplementary information from the college before completing.

Enrolment Requirements
Some of our courses require students to satisfy certain criteria before they enrol. Students should ensure they read all the information on the website about their specific course before enrolling. By enrolling via the Highbury College website, students are confirming they have read these details and meet any enrolment requirements specified on the Course Outline. If you have any concerns or queries about the content of the course or the requirements, please contact the Advice and Guidance Team
Course Fees
Current prices are published in our brochure and on the website. These prices are subject to change. The total price quoted is the amount payable in order to secure a course place. The total price includes tuition costs, examination fees, where applicable and in some cases, additional costs which relate to the particular course.
Course Cancellations by Highbury College
Courses usually run as advertised, but Highbury College reserves the right to alter or cancel courses in some cases. Students will be contacted and offered an alternative course if the original course they enrolled on is cancelled or closed by Highbury College. If no suitable alternative is available a refund can be requested.
Cancellation / Transfer Requests from Students
If a Student has enrolled via the Highbury website and wishes to cancel an enrolment or transfer to a different course they should contact Highbury College by emailing or by contacting the Advice and Guidance Team
Students will not be entitled to a refund unless the withdrawal from the course is due to exceptional circumstances (evidence maybe required) and then refunds will only be permitted if the withdrawal is within the first third of the course duration. A minimum charge of £50.00 will apply in any event.

Student Safety
At Highbury College all students are entitled to learn in an environment which is physically safe and free from abuse, as set out in our Student Charter.

All personal information (including Credit and Debit card details) entered on the Highbury College website is processed through a secure server link and is encoded for security and protection. The information you provide may be shared with other organisations for purposes of administration, the provision of career and other guidance and statistical and research purposes, relating to education or training.
