Working in confined spaces which have non-standard entries which makes rescue difficult. A high risk confined space exists where a specified hazard cannot be controlled or eliminated. Entry may involve complex procedures and work-specific controls and rescue arrangements. This will entail the use of self-contained breathing apparatus, specialist detection equipment and resuscitation equipment.
