To prepare a master of civil engineering, capable of solving problems of design, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation (repair), reconstruction and traffic organization of roads and railways, as well as traffic safety problems, assess economically and justify rational solutions of design, technology and maintenance for roads and railways, use of modern information technologies, having the knowledge and skills necessary for engineering and research activities, able to think creatively and critically, and maintain his/her professional competence acquired through research institutions and by the whole life learning.
