2. Course description The M J Church Academy has been designed to develop Wiltshire’s future generation of Civil Engineers, Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors by providing high quality workplace visits, with stimulating and challenging practical and theoretical workshops. Those with Civil Engineering training are now recognised as highly sought after individuals within the construction industry with employers eager to employ them due to the shortage of sufficiently skilled and qualified individuals in this area.
