About this course

It is recommended that you have 5 GCSEs including English and maths at Grade 4 (C) or above. Adults with equivalent experience or qualifications will also be accepted. To study this module, you should be able to have understanding and knowledge of civil litigation. Ideally, some knowledge would be beneficial or industry experience.

Course programme

Year 1

You will study at Level 3 Civil litigation where key concepts, terms and processes will be delivered. This unit will provide relevant knowledge and understanding, focusing on the importance of legal disputes between parties. On completion you will be given a good indication of how CILEx modules are delivered and to also be able to select other specific modules to suit your individual needs.

Additional information

Students will take an exam towards the end of the module during a set exam month by the exam board. A fee will be incurred.
