Course programme
Your 20,000-word thesis will be on an aspect of classical antiquity. It will be supervised by a specialist in the area of your work.
Your research will be supported by three taught modules.
You will study one core module: Research and Scholarship in Classics and Ancient History.
You will also choose two optional modules from a range which typically includes:
- Greek (Beginner/Advanced)
- Herodotus and Ancient Worlds
- Latin (Beginner/Advanced)
- Translation, Adaptation, Performance and Reception of Ancient Greek Drama in the Twentieth and Twenty-First Centuries
