At The Clay Centre Alistair Gillies offers pottery sessions for all age groups. Adult classes run both daytime and evening and if you fancy reviving an old skill or trying something new why not try pottery?The Clay Centre is at Alistair's home in Broseley, Shropshire,Children are welcome to celebrate their birthday by coming to one of Alistair's very popular pottery parties which have attracted families from as far afield as Lichfield, Derby and Solihull. An ideal activity for children from 5 years the children make a clay face and have a go on the potter's wheel. Unlike pottery painting parties the children make something totally unique to them and learn about clay and how it is fired etc.Please have a look at the photos to see what the children pottery sessions produce as well as the range of work produced at the pottery classes.
