Effective leadership practice requires you to develop an ability to interpret and influence policy and work in partnership with others in order to lead and develop services.

Course programme
The taught component of the course will be delivered by your employing organisation on behalf of the RCN. Assessment and support will be provided by the academic staff at the University of Huddersfield.
You will not be required to attend the University; assessment support will be facilitated through online resources via the virtual learning environment. You will be able to access the module leader for tutorial support.
Entry requirements for this course are normally:
- Be a registered health professional with an appropriate governing body
- Be a student on the RCN’s Clinical Leadership Programme
- Provide evidence of your ability to study at honours level
