History

The directors of CMS have extensive experience in the training industry. A former Training Manager in the Metropolitan Police Service, Neil Jobes has designed and delivered training in an extremely wide range of subjects including Law, Performance Management, Investigative Interviewing Techniques, Diversity, Race Relations, Equal Opportunities, Train the Trainer, Conflict Management, Communication Skills and Assertiveness Skills. Neil is a graduate of the UK Home Office school of Community & Race Relations at Turvey, Bedfordshire and holds a Cert Ed. in Post Compulsory Education & Training from the University of Greenwich , London . Neil is also director of a marine training company specialising in training and licensing of commercial & leisure skippers. He is also a college lecturer.

Patrick Donovan is a former police regional self defence & public order trainer and Security Manager for Wembley Stadium in London.Patrick began specialising in private sector Conflict Resolution training in 1995 and went on to become an expert within the aviation and security fields. He has worked with many major airlines and security organisations around the world and also been involved in projects with the UK Department of Transport. Patrick became Director of Operations for CMS Training in 2003 and has helped to develop a wide range of training solutions for coping with challenging behaviour. He is still a practising trainer and college lecturer, and achieves extremely high ratings from independently verified feedback.
