Why Coaching?
Coaching can support us in making choices - especially the 'big ones', developing our strengths, growing our potential for others to see, becoming a better leader, and making successful career transitions, for example.

Research shows that people with coaches can increase their:
· job satisfaction by over 60%
· relationships with bosses and staff at work by over 70%
· productivity by over 50%
What we offer
We offer you experienced, resourceful and qualified coaches who bring a range of approaches from non-directive to more directive, as the situation demands. We carefully match coach and coachee. Our coaches receive coaching supervision to sustain their own practice and personal development.
The coaching style is a holistic/whole person approach, providing space and time to think and reflect, focusing on the coachees priorities, acting as a sounding board for ideas, providing challenge, and sharing feedback to bring insight and self awareness.
The coach may also use an online coaching management system, designed to support and facilitate the one to one coaching process. It is aimed at helping the coachee to participate in the coaching programme, to receive a summary of what was agreed during the session and related documents for further review.
Typically, a series of 4 coaching sessions spread over a few months, lasting up to 2 hours each, either at our offices in Horsham, or on-site. This can be extended if more sessions are needed. Telephone coaching is also available as an option, especially if meeting is difficult.
Our coaching fee would be agreed for the series, plus VAT and travel expenses.
Additional costs: We may propose the use of appropriate questionnaires/diagnostic tools to gain insight (such as an Influencing Styles questionnaire). This would include the questionnaire and analysis of response, for feedback.
Next Steps
Following an initial discussion a selection of coach profiles will be sent to you to review, and meetings arranged as appropriate to help you select a suitable coach. You will be sent preparation documents in advance of your first session.
Coaching Supervision
WDR offers coaching supervision; we have accredited coaching supervisors for this purpose. Coaching supervision is appropriate for all coaches. This process helps in maintaining good practice by addressing coaching issues and enhancing professional development. Please contact us to find out how we can help.
