About this course

Through this training workshop, the participants will be well versed with the concepts of coaching, mentoring and the GROW model. The understudies will be able to identify and use the SMART technique of goal setting. The participants will also be able to define the current state or reality of the employee’s situation as well as to develop a finalized plan for motivating the employee and thus transitioning him to other growth opportunities.
