Course programme

All of the following courses (18 credits):
Seminar in Advanced Collaborative Piano Techniques
Master's Recital Performance
Complete two courses in music theory at the 400-level or above.
Complete a 3 credit course in music history at the 400-level or above.
Complete 3 to 5 elective credits in music courses at the 400-level or above, exclusive of additional credits in MUS 849, MUS 850A, MUS 850B, and MUS 896.
Participate in music activities during four semesters of enrollment in the program. The activities must be approved by the student’s academic advisor and must involve piano accompanying.
Successful completion of the oral final certifying examination.
Complete 3 collaborative recitals. The faculty of the piano area must approve each recital in a pre-recital hearing.
